One active appointment calendar is included. Your plan changes only when you activate more calendars for professionals who take bookings.

Team workspace with separate logins, professional profiles and role-based access

Person profiles, front-desk access, assistants and other logins without a bookable calendar do not add another calendar to the plan.

Is there a free trial?

Eligible accounts may receive a 14-day trial. The App Store, Google Play or web checkout shows whether it applies, what it includes and the first billing date before you subscribe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel through the same provider that billed you: App Store, Google Play or the web billing portal. Cancellation turns off renewal and access normally continues through the paid period.

Are there hidden fees, per-client charges or commissions?

The subscription has no per-client fee, and manually recorded payments have no Glamorph transaction fee. Glamorph currently charges 0.5% on eligible Stripe payments initiated through Glamorph and no transaction fee on SumUp or Square payments. Each provider's own processing, hardware and dispute fees can still apply.

Does the price include VAT?

The App Store, Google Play or web checkout shows the final amount and any applicable tax before you subscribe.

Which devices does it run on?

iOS · Android · Web App. Add a client on your phone before an appointment, check notes from your laptop, and keep everything synced.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You retain ownership of your data and can request it before deletion. After paid or trial access expires, business data may remain read-only for up to 90 days and can then be purged after warning notices. Account deletion is a separate 30-day recovery flow described in the Privacy Policy.

What happens to my clients if I leave my salon?

Records in your personal workspace stay with your account. Shared client records created in a salon's team workspace stay with that business workspace, and your access ends when its owner removes it.

Is online booking included in Glamorph Monthly?

Yes. Your public booking page, services, professionals, live availability, rules, reminders and client self-management are included. Optional deposit collection depends on your merchant country and connected payment account.

Can I track or collect payments?

Yes. Record cash, transfers or an external card payment manually, or connect an eligible Stripe, SumUp or Square account to collect by supported link, phone, provider app or terminal. Available methods and provider fees depend on the merchant country, account, device and provider.

Can I use Glamorph with a small team?

Yes. Add people to a shared workspace, choose who takes appointments, and invite only those who need their own login. Checkout shows the current plan and final price before you subscribe.
