How do I get started with Glamorph?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, sign in with your Apple or Google account, and you're ready to go. You can also use Glamorph on your laptop at app.glamorph.com.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! You get a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. The trial is available on all platforms — iOS, Android, and web.
How does billing work?
Glamorph is €9.99/month (excl. VAT). On iOS, billing goes through the App Store. On Android, through Google Play. On web, payments are processed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You need to cancel from the same platform you subscribed on. On iOS: Settings → Subscriptions → Glamorph. On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions. On web: use the billing portal in your account settings. Your data stays available until the end of your billing period.
Does Glamorph work without internet?
Yes! Glamorph works fully offline. All your clients, photos, sessions, and notes are stored on your phone. When you're back online, everything syncs automatically.
Can I use Glamorph on multiple devices?
Yes. Your data syncs across your phone and the web app at app.glamorph.com in real time. Work on your phone at a shoot, then switch to your laptop at home.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+), stored securely in the cloud, and we never sell your data. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your photos, client records, and notes are yours. We never use your data for advertising or share it with third parties.
Which platforms is Glamorph available on?
Glamorph is available on iOS (iPhone & iPad), Android, and as a full web app at app.glamorph.com. All platforms have full feature parity.
Can I use Glamorph with my team?
Yes! Glamorph supports team workspaces. Invite your team members, share clients and sessions, while keeping your own client list private with role-based access controls.
Does adding team members cost extra?
Currently, team workspaces are included at no extra charge. All features are available to every workspace member.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
