The base subscription includes the core tools and one active appointment calendar. Your app store or web checkout shows the final price, taxes, and trial terms before you subscribe.

You need to cancel from the same platform you subscribed on. On iOS: Settings → Subscriptions → Glamorph. On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions. On web: use the billing portal in your account settings. Your data stays available until the end of your billing period.

Supported core work remains available in the iOS and Android apps during connection gaps, including previously synchronized client records, sessions, notes, manual payments, expenses, and local photos. Changes sync after reconnection. The web app and online services require internet.

Yes. Your data syncs across your phone and the web app at app.glamorph.com in real time. Work on your phone at a shoot, then switch to your laptop at home.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+), stored securely in the cloud, and we never sell your data. You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.

You do. Your photos, client records, and notes are yours. We never use your data for advertising or share it with third parties.

Yes. Add each person once, choose who takes appointments, and invite only people who need their own login. Roles control what each connected account can see and manage.

Adding a person profile, login invitation or physical resource does not add a fee. Your first active bookable calendar is included. The store or checkout shows the applicable price before purchase.

Go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
