The messy part of beauty work

The client details estheticians need before the next appointment

Glamorph keeps those details attached to the right client

  1. 01

The previous treatment details are hard to retrieve

Products, strengths, timing, technique notes, and aftercare matter at the next visit. They should not depend on memory or a paper note you cannot find.

  2. 02

    Client-reported reactions need clear context

Record what the client reported, when it happened, which service and products were involved, and what should be reviewed before another treatment.

  3. 03

Progress is difficult to compare without consistent photos

A before photo and later progress images are more useful when they use the same client record, treatment context, stage labels, and permission status.

  4. 04

Forms and signatures become detached from the service

Intake, consultation, consent, patch-test, aftercare, and photo-permission records need a clear relationship to the client and the service they cover.

  5. 05

Payment status is separated from the client history

Deposits, balances, and recorded payments are harder to verify when the service notes and payment record live in different tools.

  6. 06

Multi-session treatment context is easy to fragment

A chronological session history makes it easier to review what was provided, what the client reported, and what was planned next.

Best-fit work

Who Glamorph is built for

Glamorph is built for solo estheticians who need treatment notes, sensitivity flags, progress photos, and payments tied to each client.

Good fit

  • Solo estheticians & facialists

Track treatment history, client-reported product responses, and progress photos across multiple visits.

  • Estheticians documenting multi-session facial services

Review treatment notes and progress photos across a consistent sequence of sessions.

  • Mobile facial estheticians

Review relevant client notes and product history on your phone during supported offline workflows.

  • Estheticians selling treatment packages

Review the sequence of sessions and recorded deposits, balances, and payments for each client.

Not the right fit

  • Estheticians employed at multi-room spas

Glamorph is for solo estheticians who own their client list. Multi-room spas usually run a central booking system.

  • Regulated medical or clinical record workflows

Glamorph is not an electronic medical record, diagnostic system, or replacement for software required by a regulated clinic.

Your workflow, transformed

From scattered chaos to organized simplicity: in minutes.

Before Glamorph

  • Treatment notes and products are split across paper, messages, and memory
  • Client-reported sensitivities and reactions are difficult to review before the next visit
  • Progress photos are stored by date instead of client and treatment session
  • Intake, consent, photo permission, and aftercare documents live in separate folders
  • Deposits, recorded payments, and multi-session context require separate checks

With Glamorph

  • Each treatment has its own products, notes, outcome, and aftercare context
  • Client-reported allergies, sensitivities, preferences, and reactions stay with the profile
  • Signed documents remain connected to the relevant client or session
  • Before, progress, and after photos are searchable by client, service, stage, and tag
  • Deposits, recorded payments, and session history can be reviewed together

Frequently asked questions

Is Glamorph medical record software?+

No. Glamorph is not medical record software and does not diagnose or treat skin conditions. It helps beauty professionals organize client notes, session history, preferences, photos and payment records. If you perform medical-grade procedures, confirm your local regulatory requirements.

Is this an alternative to Vagaro or Fresha for solo estheticians?+

Yes. Glamorph combines public online booking, live availability, rules, reminders and one calendar with detailed client history, treatment notes, signed documents, tagged progress photos, recorded payments and offline-friendly client records. Compare marketplace, POS, inventory, payroll and complex room or multi-location needs separately.

Can I track every active and peel strength I've used per client?+

Yes. Use each session record to document products or actives, strength, timing, layers, aftercare, and the client's reported response where relevant to your service. The records appear in chronological client history.

Can I tag progress photos by skin concern and week?+

Yes. Tag a photo with the service goal and stage labels that fit your workflow, such as week-0, week-4, progress, after, or follow-up, then filter by relevant combinations.

Can I record allergies, sensitivities and Fitzpatrick type?+

Yes. A client profile can hold the client's reported allergies, sensitivities, previous reactions, preferences, and other information you need to review under your own professional protocol. Glamorph does not diagnose conditions or determine treatment suitability.

Does Glamorph work offline in treatment rooms with bad wifi?+

Yes. Supported mobile client workflows remain available offline and changes sync after the device reconnects. Web access requires a connection.

Can I track package deals like a 6-session peel course?+

You can review chronological sessions and record deposits, balances, and payments with the client history. Glamorph does not currently provide a dedicated package-entitlement or automatic session-credit system.

How much does Glamorph cost?+

Glamorph uses one subscription plan. The pricing page shows an approximate monthly price upfront; checkout confirms the final amount, tax treatment, and trial terms before you subscribe.

Can I show new consults real before/after results without using Instagram?+

Yes. With the client's appropriate permission, you can organize selected before, progress, and after images by client, session, service, and stage instead of searching a mixed social feed or camera roll.

Is Glamorph HIPAA / GDPR compliant?+

Glamorph is built for non-medical beauty client management, not regulated medical records. It uses encryption in transit and at rest and EU infrastructure, but legal compliance also depends on the professional's configuration, permissions, notices, retention, and local obligations. Review the privacy documentation and obtain professional advice where required.

What is the best app for solo estheticians?+

The best fit depends on the job. Glamorph gives solo and freelance estheticians public online booking, calendar rules, reminders, detailed client history, treatment notes, signed documents, tagged progress photos, recorded payments and offline-friendly client records. Choose a larger spa-operations suite when you also need inventory, payroll, complex room scheduling or multi-location controls.

Can I use Glamorph as a skin analysis tracker?+

Glamorph can organize client-reported information, treatment notes, and consistently tagged progress photos over time. It is not a skin-analysis, diagnostic, or medical-record system.

Can my treatment-room assistant use it with me?+

Yes. Glamorph supports small team workspaces so authorized professionals can work with the same client base across supported devices. Check the current plan terms before making pricing assumptions.

Ready to keep every client detail close?

estheticians use Glamorph to remember notes, photos, payments, and history without salon software.
