Glamorph has grown around the work of beauty professionals. Client history remains its foundation, now connected to scheduling, documents, payment collection and team workspaces.
Konstantina Tsormpa is a makeup and bridal artist based in Thessaloniki, Greece, and a co-founder of Glamorph. Her professional background helped shape the product’s focus on the details of each client and service.
The early focus was organising client profiles, session notes, photos and payment records. A formula, a preference or a trial photo needs to remain useful at the next appointment. That principle still guides Glamorph as its capabilities expand.
Client work formed the foundation: contact details, preferences, reported sensitivities, dated sessions and photos. Documents and signed PDFs added consultation and consent records to that history.
Client ManagementOnline booking expanded the product beyond recording past work. Published booking pages connect services, professionals and availability to the same calendar as manually added appointments, with reminders and client rescheduling.
Online BookingShared workspaces extended the individual workflow to teams. Each member can have a separate login, with roles controlling calendars, client records, documents and financial information. Reception and service professionals can work with different access.
Salon Team ManagementPayment tracking expanded to optional collection through eligible Stripe, SumUp and Square connections. Supported methods include payment links, compatible terminals and, in the web app, saved cards with client permission. Availability depends on merchant country, provider, account and device.
PaymentsIndependent professionals, salons and small studios can manage client records, appointments, documents, photos, payments and expenses across web, iPhone and Android. Hair, nail, skincare, lash and brow workflows share the same platform, with service-specific detail in each record.

You choose where to start. Client records and documents work without online booking. Booking pages stay private until you publish them, and payment collection is optional. Core client work remains available offline on mobile. As the software grows, those choices remain with the professional.
