What works offline in the mobile apps?+
Most core record work: browse and edit synchronized clients, create and update sessions, add notes, record manual payments and expenses, manage blocked calendar days, and capture photos locally. Server- or provider-backed actions such as online-booking management, payment collection and refunds, file uploads, public signing or gallery links, and workspace administration need a connection.
What happens if I'm offline for days?+
Offline access is designed for connection gaps, not long-term offline-only operation. Reconnect as soon as practical so supported queued changes can finish synchronizing.
Does offline mode work on all devices?+
Offline workflows are available in the iOS and Android apps. The web app always requires an internet connection and has no offline mode or offline viewing.
