Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Glamorph's mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Using the Service

When using Glamorph, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: Keep your account details current and truthful —
• Maintain security: You are responsible for the security of your account. Sign in only through official Apple or Google authentication —
• Respect others: Do not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users or their clients —
• Follow guidelines: Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our community standards —
• Respect client privacy: You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before storing their personal information, photos, or session details in the app —

Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create or upload to Glamorph, including photos, videos, client records, and session notes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and store
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use
• Ensure you have proper consent from all individuals (especially clients) whose images or personal data you store
• We may remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or our policies
• Upon account deletion, all your content will be permanently removed within 30 days

Subscriptions & Payments

Glamorph offers a subscription-based service. Eligible customers may receive a 14-day introductory trial; eligibility and the exact offer are determined and displayed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After any trial period, a paid subscription is required to create and edit data. Subscriptions are billed through the applicable store and auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Introductory Trial: Eligible customers may receive 14 days with full features, as shown by their device storefront —
• Billing: Monthly subscription billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing is displayed in your local currency on the subscription screen —
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your device's subscription management (App Store / Google Play). You retain access until the end of your current billing period —
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies —

Optional Merchant Payment Services

Eligible beauty professionals may choose to collect customer payments through Glamorph. This feature is optional, separate from your Glamorph subscription, and is not required to use client, session, media, expense, or manual payment-record features.

• Online payment links and supported in-person payment methods are provided and processed by Stripe through a Stripe connected account that you create or connect.
• You are the merchant for payments from your customers and enter into a direct agreement with Stripe. Glamorph provides the technical integration but is not a bank, card network, payment institution, or custodian of your funds.
• Stripe collects and processes payment credentials. Glamorph does not receive or store full card numbers, CVCs, PINs, or customers' bank-login credentials. We do store the transaction metadata needed to operate and reconcile the feature, including amounts, currency, status, dates, Stripe account and transaction identifiers, and related client or session references.
• You are responsible for your products and services, customer authorization, accurate account information, receipts and invoices, taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, and compliance with applicable laws and payment-network rules. Your own customer-facing terms, privacy notices, and refund policy continue to apply.
• For each successful customer payment collected through Glamorph's optional Stripe integration, Glamorph charges 0.5% of the gross payment amount. This is separate from your subscription and from Stripe's own processing or other fees, which Stripe charges under the pricing and terms for your connected account. No Glamorph transaction fee applies when you only record a payment manually. Stripe or Glamorph may restrict or suspend payment functionality for security, compliance, availability, or account-status reasons.

By creating or connecting a Stripe account and using merchant payment features, you also agree to the applicable Stripe terms, including:

• Stripe Services Agreement
• Stripe Privacy Policy
• Stripe payment-processing pricing

Limitation of Liability

Glamorph is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Workspace data shared with other users will be preserved for their continued access.
