Reminders for manual and online appointments
Your client does not have to book online. Add an appointment yourself and switch on its email reminder, or set automatic reminder timings for appointments made through your booking page.
Choose when the reminder goes out
Pick the lead time that suits the appointment. The current manual appointment form sets one reminder, while online-booking rules can schedule one or more reminders before the visit.
Send it in the client's language
Choose any supported Glamorph email language for a manually entered appointment. Online-booking emails follow the booking page's localized client journey, so the reminder is easier to understand.
Appointment changes stay up to date
When you change the appointment time or reminder settings, Glamorph cancels the old pending reminder and schedules the updated one. Deleting the appointment also cancels reminders that have not been sent.
Useful details without manual follow-up
The email includes the appointment information your client needs. A manual appointment uses your saved reply-to contact, while an online booking includes its secure appointment-management link.
Part of the same calendar and client history
Reminders are attached to the real appointment, not a separate mailing list. Open the calendar to see the client, then continue into notes, photos, documents, payments and previous visits.

Do appointment reminders work if I add the booking myself?+
Yes. When you create or edit a manual appointment, you can turn on one automatic email reminder for that client. The client needs an email address and the appointment must be far enough in the future for the selected timing.
Does my client have to book online to receive a reminder?+
No. Manual appointments and confirmed online bookings can both receive automatic email reminders. They use different controls because one is created by you and the other follows your public booking rules.
When should I send an appointment reminder?+
Choose a time that gives the client a useful chance to prepare or contact you. Glamorph offers timings from shortly before the appointment to several days ahead; the right choice depends on your service and cancellation policy.
Can I send more than one reminder?+
Online-booking rules can schedule one or more email reminders. The current Glamorph form for an appointment you enter yourself exposes one reminder.
What happens if I reschedule or cancel the appointment?+
Changing the appointment or reminder replaces the pending schedule so an outdated reminder is not left waiting. Deleting the appointment or turning off its reminder cancels pending delivery.
Can clients receive reminders in their own language?+
Yes. For a manually entered appointment, choose one of Glamorph's supported email languages. Online-booking reminders follow the localized booking communication for that booking page.
Does Glamorph need to stay open for the reminder to send?+
No. Once the reminder has been saved and synchronized, Glamorph's server sends it at the scheduled time. Your phone or browser does not need to remain open.
Are Glamorph appointment reminders sent by email?+
Yes. Email is the currently available client-reminder channel in Glamorph. The client needs a valid email address, and manual appointments also require your saved reply-to email.
