Can I add someone without giving them a Glamorph login?+
Yes. Add the person's name first. They can appear on appointments without an account or email, and you can invite them later only if they need to use Glamorph themselves.
Does every person need an appointment calendar?+
No. Enable an appointment calendar only for professionals clients can book with. A receptionist, assistant, or other person can have app access without a bookable calendar.
Can every team member see every client and calendar?+
Not automatically. The role assigned to a connected account controls whether it can view or manage its own or all client records and calendars, as well as contact details, payments, documents, reports, and settings.
Can staff use Glamorph without seeing how much the salon earns?+
Yes. Choose a role that keeps payments, expenses, and reports private. Staff can still work with the client records and calendars their role allows, and the owner can change that access later.
What happens to the client history when someone leaves?+
Past appointments and client history stay in the workspace. The owner can deactivate the person's profile and remove their app access without deleting the historical record.
How does pricing work for a small team?+
