The practical question is familiar outside our app too. A salon owner on Reddit asked for previous appointments, notes, booking and reminders together. That is a useful test for software: can the person handling today’s appointment find the history they need?

Keep salon client records ready for the next visit

In Glamorph, the client profile holds ongoing preferences and client-reported sensitivities. Each session holds what happened on that date: the service, products or formula, notes, photos and payment status.

For a returning color client, open the previous session to find the formula and result. For a skincare client, review the products, their feedback and the next-visit note. Record today’s changes in a new session so the earlier work stays understandable.

This is the job of client management: keep the details available to the person doing the work. The record supports the conversation with the client. It does not replace checking what has changed.

Connect bookings to that same client history

You can enter appointments yourself or enable Glamorph’s online booking. Clients choose a service, professional and available time from your published page. Once confirmed, the booking creates or matches the client and enters the same calendar.

Set service durations, buffers and professional working hours. Use reserved time for lunch, travel, time off or closures, and configure whether it blocks online availability. Choose instant confirmation or request approval according to how you accept work.

Glamorph supports email, SMS and WhatsApp appointment reminders with separate settings. WhatsApp requires the business connection, approved messages and client permission. SMS availability and costs vary. Online-booking customers can manage their appointment within your rules. You do not need to publish a booking page to start keeping client records.

Give each teammate the right access

Invite people into a team workspace and choose a ready-made or custom role. Decide which clients and calendars they can access, and separately control document, financial, booking and team-management permissions.

For example, a professional can work with the permitted client history without receiving unrestricted access to the business’s finances. Someone responsible for coordinating appointments may need broader calendar access. Set permissions around those responsibilities rather than giving everyone an administrator account.

When another authorized professional handles a return visit, the existing notes and photos remain with the workspace’s client record. They do not need to borrow the previous professional’s login.

Keep signed forms and payments with the work

Consultation and consent documents can be prepared and signed in person or remotely. Glamorph keeps the finalized PDFs with the relevant client or session, so the team can retrieve the document alongside the service history.

Use the appropriate form for your service and market. Keeping a signed document does not make every template suitable for every treatment.

Glamorph collects deposits, balances and custom client payments. Eligible businesses can connect Stripe, SumUp or Square and use the methods supported by that provider—such as secure payment links, phone payments or connected terminals—for deposits, balances or custom amounts. Manual payment tracking remains available for money received elsewhere.

For a returning client, you can also save a card with their permission in the web app. At the next checkout, select an eligible saved card, review the service amount and any tip, then confirm the charge. The card stays with the provider account that saved it. Saving it does not authorize every future charge.

Start small: create a client, add a session and attach a useful photo or document. Invite one teammate, assign their role and check that they can retrieve the information their work requires.

If you want online booking, add your services and hours, preview the page and publish it when ready. You do not have to configure every feature before using the app.
