Is there a free trial?

Yes: 14 days, full access. Just download the app and start.

Does it work offline?

Yes. A few hours of bad signal won’t stop you. Add clients, log sessions and take photos as normal; everything queues locally and syncs the moment you’re back online. Glamorph isn’t a long-term offline-only tool, but it’s built so a flaky venue connection never costs you a note, a photo or a payment.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. Create a shared workspace when you collaborate with other artists. Each workspace has its own clients, sessions, photos, payments and calendar data, and members join with roles like owner, admin or member. It is not one shared login, and your personal workspace stays separate.

What platforms does it run on?

iOS, Android, and a full web app at app.glamorph.com. Manage your clients on your laptop, then switch to your phone at a venue: everything syncs in real-time.

How does pricing work?

One plan, €9.99/month (excl. VAT). No tiers, no hidden fees. Cancel anytime through your App Store, Google Play, or in the app. Final price may vary slightly by country and app store taxes.

Is my data safe and private?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data, never share it with third parties, and you can request or delete your data anytime.

What languages does Glamorph support?

Ten languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Greek, Albanian, Bulgarian, Romanian and Turkish. The app, website and support content are localized for each supported locale.

What happens after the free trial?

Your subscription starts automatically after 14 days: so you don't lose access to anything. You can cancel anytime through your App Store, Google Play, or in the app before the trial ends and you won't be charged. If you cancel later, your data stays available for 90 days so you have time to request it.

Can I get my data if I cancel?

Yes. After canceling, your data stays available for 90 days. You can request your data at any time during this period. After that, your data is permanently deleted.

What payment methods do you accept?

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment methods depend on your device's store (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

How is Glamorph different from Vagaro, Fresha, or StyleSeat?

They're booking platforms: they help clients find you, but they own your client list. Glamorph is a different kind of tool: a private space to manage your clients, organize before/after photos, and track your finances. No marketplace, client-first, and everything at a fraction of the cost.

Can I track payments and see who owes me?
