Glamorph is a strong fit for solo lash and brow artists and small studios that need online booking, deposits and detailed service history together. GlossGenius is worth comparing for checkout and marketing, and Vagaro for configurable forms and marketplace discovery. Choose a system that handles both the appointment a client books and the record you need when they return.
I’m Konstantina Tsormpa, a makeup artist and Glamorph’s founder, working closely with professionals across the beauty industry. This US-focused comparison draws on our product and competitors’ official documentation, checked September 22, 2026, rather than hands-on tests of their paid accounts. Screenshots use fictional demo records.
Can clients book lash fills and brow services online?
Yes. In Glamorph, you set up a full set, a fill, a removal or a brow service with its own price and duration. Clients choose from those services and see availability that reflects the time you have assigned. Add a buffer when you need preparation or cleanup time between visits.
In Glamorph, you configure services, durations, buffers and working hours through online booking. You can confirm requests yourself or allow instant confirmation. A confirmed booking reaches your working calendar and the client’s history. Manual appointments use the same calendar.
Your booking description should explain when a consultation or a different service is needed. Software availability is not a professional assessment: Glamorph does not inspect a client’s lashes or decide whether a fill is appropriate.
Which software should you try first?
When should you choose Glamorph?
Choose Glamorph when booking, payment and the previous service need to stay connected. A returning client’s appointment opens the same history you use for notes, photos and consultation documents, whether you work alone or with a small team.
For a lash fill, the useful record might include the previous map, curl and lengths, products used, a result photo and a note for the next visit. For a brow appointment, it might be the shape reference, tint details and consultation document. Glamorph stores these as session notes, files and photos, not an automatic lash-mapping or treatment-recommendation tool.

Fresh simulator captures with fictional records. These show how the app keeps visits together, not a practitioner testimonial or a promised retention result.
You can prepare consultation and consent documents, collect an in-person or remote signature, and keep the finalized PDF with the client or visit. Documents can be downloaded, printed or attached as existing PDFs. They work independently of a public booking page. Choose the wording appropriate to your services. The app does not certify a form or decide a patch-test protocol.
With Glamorph payments, collect a deposit or balance through a connected Stripe, SumUp or Square account using an available payment link, supported phone method or terminal. Supported readers include SumUp Solo and Square Terminal. Availability and fees depend on business country, provider, account and device. You can also record cash or a payment received elsewhere.
For a returning client, you can also save a card with their permission in the web app. At the next checkout, select an eligible saved card, review the service amount and any tip, then confirm the charge. The card stays with the provider account that saved it. Saving it does not authorize every future charge.
For a small studio, separate logins and roles control which calendars, clients, documents and financial information each person can access. Use the app on iPhone, Android or web. Glamorph fits this connected working day. It does not include inventory, payroll or a consumer marketplace that sends you new clients.
When should you compare GlossGenius?
GlossGenius’s lash and brow offering includes booking, deposits, client profiles, forms and waivers, and payment tools. It is worth comparing when you also want marketing and retail features within the same system.
Check the plan, not just the feature page. Its US pricing, reviewed September 22, lists Forms & Waivers under Gold rather than the entry Standard plan. Compare the subscription that includes your actual consultation workflow, plus processing and any extras.
When should you compare Vagaro?
Vagaro’s lash and brow software documents online booking, deposits or prepayments, customizable intake forms and a listing on its marketplace. Its examples include lash lifts, brow tinting and patch-test forms.
Ask which plan and add-ons cover the documents, storage and messaging you want. Then check how a completed form and a previous visit are retrieved from the next appointment. Marketplace access and digital forms are useful capabilities, but neither guarantees bookings or makes your consultation process automatically suitable.
How should you compare deposits and the total cost?
Check what happens when a client books, reschedules or cancels, not only whether a “deposits” checkbox exists. Ask how the payment is connected to the appointment, what balance remains and how an eligible refund is handled. Do not assume every app automatically charges a no-show fee because it can collect an advance payment.
Compare subscriptions for the right number of professionals, forms, messages and payment setup. Use Glamorph’s current plans and the competitors’ own offers rather than a headline price that omits the tools you need.
How can you test booking software before switching?
Create a fictional client, book a service and record a completed visit with notes, a demonstration photo and a document. Add a second appointment. Can you find the earlier work without overwriting it, and can another authorized professional see the right information?
Start with the workflow for lash artists or brow artists. Add one client and service, then preview your booking page before publishing. You do not need to configure a team or move your entire client list to decide whether the app fits.
